Anyone with a refurb on the go at the minute will understand why this delivery of plaster makes me so happy. 😅
Took me a week to find these, my plasterer had to drive an hour to pick them up & they were the last bags available 🤗

BEFORE & AFTERS!

I am proud to say that despite all the obvious set backs & challenges, we today submitted all paperwork/ completion certs for 5 floors of this landmark building in central London in preparation of the clients PC review on Tuesday.😊

I took over this project 2 months ago after the previous project manager was sacked due to a huge amount of errors & mishaps in said project.

I spent the first 3 weeks wondering how the hell I was ever going to turn it around & get this project done, it really seemed impossible.

We’re only 50% of the way there with the more complex floors still outstanding however, we’re looking good & considering the mess this job was in 2 months ago, I think this might be my best achievement to date. 😃

New tenants!

My previous tenants moved out on Monday. New tenants move in on Saturday 😊

Thought I’d try something new & welcome them to their new home with a card/ 2 bottles of wine!

After all, happy tenants generally = a happy landlord 👍🏼

This is the second time now that tenants are paying above asking price 😊 I wanted £1350, it was on the market for 1 week, I had 1 offer of £1350 & 1 offer of £1400.

Fingers crossed they love the house & will be really happy there 😊
