Cafe Rodi
30/05/2024
For those of you that do not know the story behind Cafe Rodi: Cafe Rodi opened its doors in 1925 by Luigi Rodi, we have been serving locals ever since. Luigi Rodi came from Italy and made a home for himself here in East London, he creates a friendly welcoming place for all. We are still serving Blackhorse Lane nearly 100 years after Luigi first opened his doors to his cafe. You will see within the cafe itself it holds the history within its original interiors, a true time capsule
Within this post is an image of the women who had worked at the suitcase factory opposite Cafe Rodi back in the 1900s, the interior and many elements are within the exact same state as they were almost 100 years ago
