Stepping Stones Bereavement Course

Grief can be difficult to navigate, and no one should have to face it alone.

Our Stepping Stones Bereavement Course offers a supportive space for people who are experiencing loss.

This 6-week structured course provides time to talk, reflect, and gently explore the practical and emotional impact that bereavement can have on our lives.

The sessions take place in a safe and informal environment, where participants can connect with others who may be going through similar experiences.

This course is suitable for those who have experienced recent bereavement, as well as those who may be carrying unprocessed grief from the past.
