4. Lean into seasonal moments (Christmas, Valentine’s, summer breaks) with targeted creative that drives early bookings.
5. Make every touchpoint from booking to checkout, feel frictionless and memorable.

Say hello to Core 10 Coffee – the new identity we created for Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village - managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts
Inspired by the corten steel that wraps the building, the name Core 10 reflects both material and meaning – a nod to the shop’s place at the heart of the community and the 10 core values that define its ethos.
We brought the brand to life through bold in-store comms, new menus, loyalty cards, digital screens, and custom photography – everything designed to connect with the space’s main users. So it’s warm, welcoming and just a little more punchy.
Here’s a sneak peak on how we turned a corner-shop café into something with a little more soul.
