RECRUITMENT: We are looking for a: Degree educated Design Engineer with New Product Introduction knowledge and experience.To be responsible for implementing lean tools and techniques in Design, Development and Project Management areas. To optimise the business processes and ensure project milestones are achieved. Provide the necessary coaching/training to support lean principles and continuous improvement from Design Concept through to Start of Production.
