Vetch Restaurant

After our short closure due to a fire we had in the restaurant I am glad to let you all know we will be back open on Wednesday as normal.

I would like to thank everyone for their help and support over the last week it truly has been amazing from friends, family and previous guests you have all been so supportive, so a big thank you from all of us at Vetch.

Unfortunately we have had some sad news that we had a small fire start within the restaurant, luckily we were closed and no one was involved.
We hope that everyone understands in this difficult time that some bookings may need to be rearranged to a later date while we work tirelessly to come back bigger and better.
Ps. We needed a fresh lick of paint anyway x.

With the weather finally improving it’s time for a fresh new menu we have lots of changes coming when we reopen after our little break.
Some key ingredients will be:
Asparagus
Tuna Sashimi
Beef
Monkfish
Honey

And much much more.

On Tuesday 27 January at 7pm, Oli Martin — executive chef of multi-award-winning restaurant Aven in Preston, Lancashire, and a former competitor on MasterChef: The Professionals — will join forces with Dan McGeorge, 2021 GBM Champion of Champions, for a collaborative six-course dinner at Dan’s central Liverpool restaurant, Vetch. Menu price £95 Drinks pairing £60 Unfortunately we can’t cater for dietary or allergen requirements this evening.

So we may not follow the usual suite but we are so proud of our small independent restaurant wow we all work hard maybe it’s not perfect all the time but we are authentic caring and thank you, everyone we love you and a merry Christmas from your humble unknown restaurant Liverpool X

With summer coming to a close it’s almost the time of year where you want to spend a bit more time indoors whether that’s going to the theatre or dining at a restaurant or maybe both especially as we are in prime location for both the and theatres so why not make a special evening of it and join us for our pre theatre dining experience for £45 for 3 courses.
Oh and you don’t need to be going to the theatre to enjoy this amazing deal so why not book or stop by between 5pm and 6:30pm and have some great food and drinks on the stunning Liverpool Hope Street.
