So Lent begins in 6 days! Supporting Dry January right after Christmas, is always a popular time to give up an indulgence, but what about in March? If you are thinking of going sugar free, or maybe giving up chocolate for 40 days, then we can aid your cravings, with our delicious array of sweet tea infusions!

If you love a scoop or two of Mint ChocChip Ice-cream, then replace it with an after dinner; Mint Choc Chip cup of tea!

So this past weekend, the lovely Alison has been treading the Italian path, over at the Terra Madre Salone del Gasto in Turin! It is a food and drink event dedicated to gastronomy! We cannot wait to see and hear about what Alison has been up too, but she did send us this snapshot of her, with the infamous Dennis Zoppi, after a Lavazza coffee cocktail mixology class! Sounds amazing! The second picture is where Alison bought her perfect la piccolo pasticceria, from Frasca on Via San Massimo. Im hoping she has packed some extra Italian goodies for me! :)

If you are around tomorrow, do take a wander down to the Albert Dock , as Alison will be doing a Tea Tasting from 2-3.30pm at The Drawing Room at Ziferblat. There are plenty of other activities also going on to celebrate and educate the role in which, the Albert Dock played, in introducing our shores to Chinese culture.
