It’s been a whole month since I last posted to socials…where has the time gone?!

I’ve been so unwell over the last month, it has literally been one thing after the other 🤦🏽‍♀️ You know when you’re finally feeling ok and something else happens?!

I’ve had a really bad back the kind where you’re crawling around on your hands and knees. Hauling myself through the day on prescription painkillers not being able to function or string a sentence together 😂 it happens to the best of us right?!

The point of this is “WE ARE ALL HUMAN” we all have amazing days, good days, bad days, sick days and meh days.

Be kind to yourself and be kind to others we all deserve a break at times and sometimes a “social media break” is what we need.
