4 years ago today i went along for a wellness evaluation at a local nutrition club.
At the time i felt awful, tired, old, frumpy, low, joints aching and hated my body and how i looked, hiding under oversized baggy clothes.

I was desperate to make a change
BUT i was looking for a quick win for a holiday. I was sceptical and did not plan on staying long term .

Fast forward 4 years and im just over 4 stone down, size 18 to an 8/10

But even more important i feel younger and healthier than ive felt in my adult life AND even more importantly ive maintained these results for 3 years - absolute game changer 🥰

So much of a game changer that i now run my own nutrition club Compass Nutrition

I’m Helen, the owner of Compass Nutrition in Liverpool 💚

April 2022 (4 years ago) I was stuck in a cycle of yo yo dieting.
Everything id tried and been successful with before was no longer working for me and i didnt know where else to turn for help and support with my weight.

I had gained all the weight previously lost (3.5 stone) plus another stone, i was getting bigger and bigger as i got older 🙈

I saw a post from a friend on social media, she had lost 1 stone in 3 weeks, so i reached out to find out what she was doing.

Inspired i booked in for a FREE wellness evaluation, but i was sceptical, but desperate to lose weight for a holiday, i didnt plan on staying, i joined for a quick win, that was 4 years ago 🤣

I lost 10lbs before my holiday, but more importantly i felt amazing, with loads of energy, i wasnt hungry and i knew it was something i could continue. I loved yhe positive start to my day visiting club❤️

Ive lost 4 st 4lb which ive maintained for 3 years 💪

That’s why I opened compass Nutrition — to help others break free from the diet cycle and build healthy, sustainable habits that fit real life. Because it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress 🤍
