The Studio 256 team have been working with Brack Construction on a submission for a high-quality, six-storey residential building in the Pumpfields and Limekilns regeneration area, alongside . The scheme includes 85 residential units and features a carefully considered architectural approach that harmonies with its surroundings in scale and materiality, referencing local vernacular with a contemporary touch. As we move into the planning process, we are confident that the project’s positive contribution to the area’s ongoing regeneration will be recognised and supported.

At Archiphonic we work collaboratively to produce fully considered schemes. Each Thursday the team come together and actively participate in design reviews, discussing alternative options and solutions for current and future projects.
