Our latest Album Of The Week actually came out last month but we felt some people missed it at the time & it’s so full of summery indie-pop that now is the perfect time to spotlight it. The second album from Slippers aka Madeline BB ‘Slippers 08’ is heartfelt DIY indie for fans of Cardigans, Best Coast, Helen Love etc. Available in-store & online now Slippers Official K Instagram

Reissued today from Run For Cover, the third studio full-length from Defend Vinyl favourites, Tigers Jaw.

For their third full length release entitled ‘Charmer’, the band went into the legendary Studio 4 in Conshohocken, PA with Will Yip (Title Fight, Circa Survive, La Dispute) to record 12 new songs that made up their most cohesive release to date.
Armed with an urgent edge that arrives with fuzzy guitars, an indie softness that ebbs and flows across the album’s entire runtime, and the succinct moments of lyrical genius and vulnerability Tigers Jaw have always delivered, Charmer was 2014’s best emo record & sounds just as good in 2026.
