Originally formed in 1959 as the British Karate Federation (BKF) Liverpool Club, the Karate Club adopted its name "Red Triangle" in 1964 and moved to its current premises on Everton Road in 1973. In addition to regular classes during the week, the Red Triangle Dojo hosts many KUGB National Squad training sessions throughout the year.
