🫀 your heart rate won’t drop on runs, here’s why
it’s probably not your fitness
under-fuelled before you run, poor sleep the night before, too much caffeine pre-run, heat and humidity, cumulative training fatigue

Carbohydrates have been blamed for everything from weight gain to poor health for the last 10 years.
Most of it is not backed by the evidence.
For anyone training consistently, carbs are not optional. They are the primary fuel source for performance.
Cut them too aggressively and your training suffers, recovery slows, and progress stalls.
The goal is not to avoid carbohydrates.
It’s to understand how much you need and when to eat them.

Because of the influx of enquiries in April, we’re limiting intake to 3 new clients per week.
That’s just to make sure every person who joins gets the standard of coaching they signed up for.
The onboarding process takes around 7 days from first call to Day 1.
It’s thorough.
Onboarding call, questionnaire, food journal, biomechanics analysis and more starter tasks.
From there we build your training programme and nutrition protocol purely to your individual needs.
That’s why the starter documents are in-depth for a reason.
