Managed to up my game on the running machine last night. Try this:
Easy pace for 10mins
Hard pace for 90 seconds
Easy pace for 90 seconds
Hard pace for 90 seconds
Easy pace for 90 seconds
Hard pace for 60 seconds
Easy pace for 60 seconds
Hard pace for 60 seconds
Easy pace for 60 seconds
Hard pace for 60 seconds
Easy pace for 60 seconds
Hard pace for 60 seconds
Easy pace for 60 seconds
Hard pace for 30 seconds
Easy pace for 30 seconds
Finish off what's left as fast as you can - then warm down for 5 - 10 mins. Roughly based on moneghetti fartlek training 💪
