We've just had the most heart breaking message/request.

This darling, sweet little boy is called Jayden.

Jayden is just 6 year old!

On the 21st December last year, Jayden's mum Chelsea Edmonds was given the devastating news no parent wants to hear!

Jayden has been diagnosed with DIPG which is an incurable brain tumour and he's been given just 9-12 months to live.

Jayden is a massive Liverpool FC fan and is attending the Liverpool vs Chelsea match on Saturday and his dream is to be a mascot for our beloved team and to meet the players!

So we are asking as many people to share this post so we can hopefully make Jaydens dream come true!
