The study takes place at the University of Liverpool and consists of a short screening session and 6 clinical visits (up to 4 hours each). You will be asked to consume a novel chocolate product at home once per day for 12 days. At each clinical visit you will consume a chocolate product, provide blood samples and complete questionnaires. There is also the option to undertake fMRI scanning for thos
