It's getting hot out there!
So hot
Come along and escape the heat and humidity, come and have a session with us...we have air conditioning to keep you cool.
The other advantage of coming for a workout is on these hot and humid days, when the pollen count can be high, is we are a low-pollen area.
Other tips: Stay hydrated to keep your energy levels up, slip slop and slap that sunscreen on; avoid exercising at the hottest part of the day and lower the intensity a little.
