Hi All.
From Monday the 12th of September, we will be back at Blackburn Hall where we will continue with my new amazing 80s aerobics workout 630pm.
If you’ve got any 80s requests then please put them on here and I will do my best to accommodate your favourite 80s track and put a dance routine to it….
Get your 80s exercise attire sorted and tell your friends about it as it’s going to be amazing.
We will look forward to seeing you again on Monday the 12th of September.
