Two years as a Director at Goodsense… and honestly, where has that time gone?

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s sent kind messages or supported us along the way—it really does mean a lot

The last couple of years have been a bit of a whirlwind. After 30+ years in big corporate roles, stepping into a family business was a big change—but one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s given me the chance to take everything I’ve learned and use it in a much more personal and meaningful way.

Working alongside my husband, building something together, and staying close to our customers has been incredibly rewarding. We’re genuinely passionate about helping organisations manage conflict, reduce risk, and ultimately keep people safe—and that’s what keeps us going every day.

We’ve achieved a lot already, but we’re not slowing down anytime soon… lots more to come, so watch this space

And just as important—finding that balance. Taking time out, switching off, and enjoying life with my four-legged partner in crime, Joey
