Ideally based in the Midlands Area this role offers great variety and an opportunity to utilise your existing Management skills and learn new ones. You would be responsible for an established team of experienced Technicians and oversee established key accounts in this area. Ensuring our team members are able to deliver the best customer service is vital along with determination to seek and find new business.

This role offers a competitive salary plus achievable bonus with a Prestige Fully Electric Company Car, you will be field based with an element of home working and occasional head office visits required .

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 - 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐩𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.

Peter joined us in September 2023 as our Midlands Key Account Manager, supporting our technicians and overseeing relationships with motor dealerships and dealer group accounts across the Midlands.

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and accident repair industry, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. For the 12 years prior to joining us, he worked as a lead technical trainer, mentoring and training apprentices and professionals from body shops and smart repair businesses. His expertise in accident repair, refinishing, and smart repair gives him a deep understanding of the skills and standards expected by our dealer partners.

Since coming on board, Peter has made a strong impact. His technical insight and customer-first approach make him a valuable asset to both our team and our dealer partners.
