Our clients requested that we attend after a serious house fire to make safe and install a full covering scaffold to protect the inside of the property from further damage. After assessing damage and working through the scope of works Pure Property Care proceeded to install a new cut roof including two dormers, roof covering and full internal refurbishment.

EXPERIENCED 1st and 2nd FIX JOINER REQUIRED (other trade skills an advantage)

SELF EMPLOYED - OWN TRANSPORT - OWN TOOLS

MINIMUM 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are a growing family owned repair and renovation building contractor operating mainly across Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester.

We have two main streams of business:

Pure Property Care Ltd provide post claim domestic building repair and reinstatement services on domestic properties on behalf of insurance companies and loss adjusters.

Pure Basement Systems are the North of England's leading specialist Basement Waterproofing and Basement Conversion Contractor.

Our business is growing year on year and we are now looking for an experienced and competent, qualified 1st and 2nd FIX JOINER to join our team on a self employed basis.

The successful applicant will be working 'on the tools' carrying out a variety of joinery works on small domestic sites (kitchen fitting, floor laying, door hanging, skirting board fitting etc), liaising with customers, suppliers and other trades to ensure a high quality finished project completed in a timely, cost effective and safe way.

MUST BE A COMPETENT KITCHEN & FLOOR FITTER

The successful applicant must live in the WEST YORKSHIRE area and have own tools and van.
