We are Better Leeds Communities (BLC) and we aim to make Leeds a better place to live for everyone in the city's communities. We do this by delivering a range of services across the city from advice, activities, courses, volunteering and venue hire. Our mission is to create opportunities that enable people in Leeds to achieve their potential by raising aspirations, removing barriers and developing abilities that lead to a better life.

Our partners at NIHR invite you to their diabetes research and information day. This day is for people living with diabetes and their carers and there will be information and advice available for people as well as updates about current research.

Hi everyone, we’ve decided to delay the start of our Create & Connect sessions as Ramadan approaches and many people in our community will be observing this time.
Because Create & Connect is all about wellbeing, we want everyone who comes along to be feeling their best and able to fully enjoy the sessions. It’s also really important to us that this group is accessible and welcoming for our whole, diverse community.
We’ll share new start dates very soon. Thanks so much for your understanding 💛
