And they aren’t even the star of the show on this magnificent dish.

Beef tartare, burnt aubergine, soy & seaweed cured egg yolk. Served with Stuzzi-made beef fat crisps.

Oohhh yes.

Toasted Stuzzi-made focaccia, topped with Cornish sardines, lemon ricotta, black olive tapenade and a sun-dried tomato & pine nut relish.
