If you’re obsessed with matcha like us, then you’re going to love Leeds’ newest opening.

M Plus Matcha recently opened their doors in Woodhouse, and they’re all about matcha gelato. Churned in-house, it’s the perfect treat for these hot summer days. The gelato comes in 4 different strengths, ranging from subtle at 20%, to a bold 99%!

They do classic matcha drinks as well, of course. We recommend the Strawberry Field or Bronzie Matcha. For something a bit more unusual, try the Portofino! It’s a blue curaçao, orange and lemon blend – proper refreshing.

A major new exhibition has arrived at Harewood House, celebrating the work of renowned photographer Cecil Beaton.

Known for his theatrical portraits, Beaton photographed some of the biggest names in the 20th century – including Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe and Queen Elizabeth II. Now, more than 50 of his remarkable photographs are on display, with some shown publicly for the very first time!

The best part? Your exhibition ticket includes access to the rest of Harewood House and its stunning gardens, so you can make a day of it.
