We are a friendly and approachable group** who try not to take ourselves or our ideas too seriously. We're made up of a pretty diverse range of people and skills and are always looking to meet new and interesting people***. Oh, and please don't be put off by the term Hacker****.

** We really are, even if I would class myself as somewhat socially inept... the other's are lovely though ;-)

*** Even if you wouldn't class yourself as interesting or don't think you're upto it or wouldn't know what to talk about; there's nearly always something odd going on and a great way to start conversations is "go on, you're doing what?" as you watch someone wire up a coke can. -that and if it's really so bad, you never have to come back =-P
