🚧 We’re Hiring: Storesperson – Join Acorn Event Structures! 🎪
At Acorn Event Structures, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading suppliers of temporary structures and staging for major festivals and live events across the UK and Europe. From large-scale productions to touring shows, we help bring events to life.

📦 The Role: Storesperson
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Storesperson to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role includes flexibility, with one evening per week and participation in a weekend rota.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing stock levels of consumables (paint, fuel, PPE, fixings, etc.)
• Monitoring and reordering stock for Yard and Event projects
• Liaising with Yard, Project, and Operations teams
• Booking stock in/out and maintaining accurate records
• Tracking tools and equipment using internal systems
• Keeping the storeroom organised, clean, and efficient
• Handling goods inwards and dispatch
• Improving stock control systems and processes

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive approach (yard-based role)
• Experience in stores/warehouse environments
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Construction or live events experience (a bonus!)
• Basic Sage/Excel knowledge (advantageous)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence

💰 What You’ll Get
• £14–£17 per hour (depending on experience)
• Company pension (3% or salary exchange)
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays

⏰ Working Hours
• Full-time, permanent
• Standard hours: 07:45 – 17:15
• Seasonal flexibility required
