Same pic same lady that’s has achieved loads! Just to clarify with anyone that would doubt this young lady ! This has all been done by herself! Working hard at my classes and following and creating a new lifestyle .
I work with all kinds of people and this young lady has worked her backside off to achieve this! I hope people can see this and respect the dedication this has taken.
I am a pt instructor that is here for everyone no matter how they want to make their journey work moving forward when they start with me.
I like to help all and that does also include people that find this journey super difficult , people that may need to have the diet jab to help them get started as I have no judgement on this at all my job is to help all.
I do love when people can achieve it all on their own as this shows a true determination so again fantastic Kelly !
