🌿 Menopause & Gut Health 🌿
This month I’m focusing on supporting women through the menopause journey and raising awareness of the connection between hormonal changes and digestive health.
Many women experience symptoms such as:
✨ Bloating
✨ Constipation
✨ Increased food sensitivities
✨ Weight gain around the middle
✨ Fatigue and brain fog
As oestrogen levels fluctuate, the gut microbiome can also be affected, leading to digestive discomfort and impacting overall wellbeing.
Colonic hydrotherapy may help support digestive function, reduce bloating, and encourage a greater sense of comfort and wellbeing during this stage of life. Combined with good nutrition, hydration, movement, and stress management, it can be part of a holistic approach to self-care.
