Finally feeling a bit better so getting round to trying the bakes from the recent polls. Here is the parkin cookie and a rainbow one (cause I had the chips). The parkin cookies are a responding success!!! 🤤🤤🤤

After numerous attempts... I give you the perfect triple chocolate cookie. Oh and it just so happens to be gluten free, dairy free and suitable for vegans!
