Our programme features music by local, national and international artists and we also support jazz in local schools, jazz workshops, and community jazz events. We also run jazz workshops for instrumentalists, and vocalists, promote jazz events as part of both the Chapel Allerton Festival and the Leeds Jazz Festival. We support jazz education in three local high schools. Jazzleeds have picked up a
Rush Hour Jazz this Wednesday - our guest is vocalist Emily Brown - with jazz, blues, soul & some ear-opening detours delivered in her warmly alert and soul-enlarging vocal style.
