Aim to start the weekend well, weekends are where most people go off track and undo all the good work of the previous week!!
If you aim to start the weekend well make it your mission on a Saturday morning to either
* Go for a walk
* Bike ride
* Do a workout
It doesn't have to be anything to crazy but just by commiting and doing it each week it will put you into a positive mindset and allow you to get the weekend off to a great start!!
You can still enjoy a few beers & drinks as most of my clients do at the weekends and still achieve your weightloss / fitness goals!!
