What a year.

2025 has been a big one for INTERIOR35 and Kirk & Co.

At the church, things have really started to take shape. Structural steelwork, glass balustrading, our internal design studio pod, fully re-wired electrics and new wood burning stoves have all now been installed, with the café, kitchen and bathrooms taking shape.

None of this would have been possible without the most brilliant team of tradespeople who have been deeply invested in the project and an absolute joy to work alongside.

We’ve also been loving the process of gathering stock for the retail space - curating a collection from trusted suppliers while also creating our own unique pieces. From upholstering antique furniture and developing custom fabrics, cushions and throws, to commissioning artwork for our own collection of cards and posters, it’s been incredibly exciting to see this side of the project come together.

Throughout the year, we’ve continued with interior design projects across Inverness, Thurso, Ullapool, Forres, Findhorn and even Kuwait. We’re so grateful to our wonderful clients for trusting us with their homes - building those relationships has been one of the real highlights of the year.

As we head into 2026, it feels like everything is gathering pace - pushing on with finishes, decorating, collecting stock and bringing it all together. We’re hugely grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far, and so excited for what’s to come.
