Very busy day today but always got to make time for the gym! Especially on pill day because it includes exercises like this lat pull down!

Core and arms today at the gym, this exercise is always useful. A plank is simple but hard to maintain and agonising once you extend how long you hold for 😅

Monday is always leg day so...happy leg day everyone!☺️delighted now that post injury my weights are returning to a decent standard, here’s an 80kg squat 💪
