Taking time out this lunchtime to sit under a tree and just appreciate life.

Usually love the other side of the house as the view is just amazing but this spot is shaded by some lovely trees so it was the place to be in the sun.

Also gave me chance to reflect on how far my clients are progressing.

It makes such a difference having me as your business manager driving your strategy forward. It is so exciting to see clients growth.

Have you every thought of working with a business manager. A coach, a strategist, a planner, a tech expert to name just a few of the things I get up to.

My time is spent growing your business and it is so satisfying seeing that growth.

This Sunday I am running my first wellness event , an award winning wedding venue.

I have run horse shows, balls and large corporate events but a wellness event is a first for me.

I have had such a great response, I am blown away with how everything has gone so far.

Sunday is going to be a great day, I can not wait.

I have been working with a client for a few months and we have brought in new employees to support the growth of the business.

But the owner's perception was that one of the new employees was not getting may clients (serviced based business) and not revenue was low. In her mind - actually making a loss.

REALITY - for the last 3 months the new employee had been steadily growing with more than doubling her revenue in 3 months.

So - perception is not reality - get the facts and make a judgement on the facts.

In this service based business we are reporting monthly figures per employee and what services are selling well for that employee.

This gives us the detail so that we can then tailor marketing of services from that employee.

How do you keep track of your ideas?

Often ideas for posts, reels, courses and packages come at times when I am busy.

I used to make notes but that meant I had to carry a notepad round with me. But then I had multiple notepads. Or I forgot to capture it and struggled to remember it!!

As I always have my phone and I use Voxer with my clients I have now started using the My Notes section.

Really handy as I can just do a voice note or a message and they are all together with all my other work communications.
