The best wetsuit is the one you forget you're wearing.

Ironman World Champion, Casper Stornes, doesn't think about his suit when he races. He just feels the buoyancy. The speed. The efficiency.

A great wetsuit shouldn't demand your attention. It shouldn't fight your stroke.

And that's exactly what our suits are engineered to do. Every panel of neoprene is there to do one job: feel flexible and let you swim faster.

Most triathletes skip strength work for the same three reasons. All three are myths.

"Too tired"? Efficient muscles fatigue later, not sooner. "No time"? Fifteen minutes at home counts, or swap one session a week. "Don't want to lift heavy"? You don't have to. Control, mobility and endurance work, even Pilates, build real strength.

Stronger means faster, and far more injury-proof.

The mistake almost every triathlete makes: going too hard on the easy days.

Most sessions should be genuinely easy, Zone 2 and conversational. Only one or two a week should go hard. When every session lands in the grey zone, you pile up fatigue without the adaptation.

Hold back on the easy days so you can actually go on the hard ones. Slow down to speed up.

Entering your first 70.3? Here's the honest version of the next six months.

At least six days a week. Three swims, always working technique, building to the full 1900m, plus open water in your wetsuit and tri-suit. But the habit matters more than the detail. Consistency wins the day, and something always beats nothing.
