Just finished this refresh of some existing wardrobes.

The previous doors were functional, but plain, and the customer wanted some shaker doors with a detailed moulding.

Also added a cornice along the top, and trim around the bottom and sides, so it looks 'built in'.

Now over to for the decorating 🎨

Designed and built to customers plans and requirements.

Push to open shaker style doors on all cabinets, adjustable shelving within.
LED lighting on the open shelving either side of the TV area.

This one's been painted in Farrow and Ball 'Pigeon', and the contrast with the Oak is 👌

In built wardrobes completed last week.

As these were in to the eaves, there was all sorts of angles going on! 📐
Access was required to the eaves storage door within one of the double carcasses.

Doors made in a shaker style, including a full length mirror.
6 x pull out shoe racks within one of the single carcasses.
Lots of hanging space, and as much useful shelving as possible.

The customers have painted this themselves in Farrow and Ball 'Joa's White'.

Something a bit different recently...

A customer had 5 x (1m x 0.5m) birch ply sheets left over from another project and wanted them to be used to make an alcove cupboard.

The dimensions were just enough to make it work, giving them a clean 'Scandi' looking front, with the lacquered ply edges on show where possible.
They decided against a back, as they will be decorating the wall.
The customer hadn't chosen any handles, but they could go for push to open latches instead to keep the clean look.
