Bringing in the New Year, we celebrated the burning of the Clavie last night (10th Jan). As someone born and raised in Burghead it is what I recognize as my official New Year.
Last night was one of the best Clavies, that I have ever experienced thus far in my life, the Burning of the Clavie creates the platform, for the procession around the streets of Burghead but it's the people and community of the Broch that gives it the connection and meaning that I have always come to revere.

Last Saturday Perspective Photography was at the 2025 Ness Factor fund raiser for The Highland Hospice that raised £85,000 🥳.
This is something I very much look forward to and have done for 6 years now. Being part of such a great night and to capture one of the best nights of entertainment that has so much meaning to everyone there.
Thank you to everyone for a great night and I look forward to next year 😀
