So excited for this rider! After snapping her Achilles, she’s been determined to get back in the saddle. When she came for her first session, she expected it to be really tough (the hardest part was actually just getting her boot on due to a bit of swelling). But riding turned out to be easier than she thought, which really motivated her to stay consistent with her strength, conditioning, and stretching. She came back today aiming to ride in 2–3 weeks — but she’s progressed so much, she’s now planning to give it a go next week! 😊
