Today is and it feels like we are in for a bumpy rideβ¦

I attended a local art class during the summer term to create my sculpture below and seriously, it really helped to distract and helped to heal my bruised mind β€οΈβπ©Ή

Did you know there are 3 different types of ?
Have you ever felt lonely and felt misunderstood by people, because you have an intimate relationship or you have friends. There is a reason for this⦠There are three types of loneliness. There is also your connection to yourself which can make you feel alone and I will talk more about this, this week.
The 3 types of loneliness are:
1. Intimate or emotional loneliness - A longing for a close confident or intimate partner, someone with whom you share a deep mutual bond of affection and trust.
2. Relational or social loneliness β Is a yearning for quality friendships, social companionship and support.
3. Collective loneliness β The hunger for a network or a community of people who share your sense of purpose and interests.
It doesnβt mean if you are in an intimate relationship and you feel lonely, that your intimate connections are deficient in any way. Or your friendships are deficient, there are different relationships we need.
