Are you a talented designer with a passion for both digital and print? We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven individual to help strengthen our design & print team in our Exmouth studio.

💼 The Role
You’ll be:
• Designing digital and print materials for a wide range of clients
• Preparing print-ready files
• Operating print press & wide format printers
• Managing end-to-end delivery of client briefs
• Working on-site in our busy studio/print shop
• Collaborating with a dynamic, creativity-first team

👀 You’ll Fit Right In If You’re:
✔️ Customer-focused & confident in face-to-face environments
✔️ Full of original ideas with a positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Comfortable working to deadlines
✔️ Great at multitasking and staying organised

🎯 You’ll Need:
• Strong graphic design skills & creative flair
• A sharp eye for layout, typography & detail
• Experience operating print press, wide format printers & guillotines
• An impressive portfolio
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
(InDesign is essential, plus Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects)
• MS Office & email proficiency

• Web & social media content creation
• Tech-savvy mindset
• Point of sale experience
• Professional design experience
• Positive customer feedback examples

• Full-time, permanent (after probation)
