Perform2Excel is a training and care consultancy committed to raising and maintaining standards in the health and social care sector. Cost is kept to a minimum; charges are per person to aid access for all staff. Induction course can be arranged and all training is referenced to Skills for Care Induction Standards. Care consultancy is offered, including completing your quality assurance surveys with clear visual presentation and specific development plans.

Happy Monday fellow nurses, carers and all those working in Social Care. You (hopefully!) will be pleased to know Perform2Excel is back delivering care consultancy and training.
I have spent four years running a care home, what a ride that was! Enjoyed every second, but my vocation as a trainer calls so I have made the leap back to a supportive role to social care providers, managers and staff. Here goes another journey........
