We’re so excited to be bringing the Soul Flo Yoga Chill Out Zone to The Mindful Market – a peaceful space to stretch, breathe, relax, and recharge.

Join our wonderful teachers for two special sessions:

🎶 Elissia & Rachel – Yin Yoga & Sound

TONIGHT at Soul Flo! 🌿

We are so excited for this evening and would love to see some of you there!

Tonight we are hosting Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga with Samantha Woods — and there are still a handful of spaces remaining.
Most people who attend a sound bath walk out saying the same thing. That they haven't felt that calm in years. Restored, lighter and genuinely at ease.

Samantha brings over 18 years of yoga experience and 5 years specialising in sound therapy to every session. You simply show up and let go — she takes care of the rest.
