2 weeks today we are back in action!
Use the next 2 weeks to make a plan and get ready to really make a change to your lifestyle. It has been very easy with gyms closed to get into a lazy mindset. If you have done that don’t wait to start planning.
We have to make the best of this summer so get positive, get active, get healthy and get excited!
ADVANCED PULL UP VARIATIONS
This sequence looks tough, but if your are currently able to do pull ups, with a bit of work you won’t be far away.
I have always wanted to be able to do a single arm chin up and intend to get this in the near future.
If you want to achieve something, don’t just think about the end goal.
Think about the next thing you need to do to get you a step closer.
Repeat the process and keep moving forward and you’ll keep improving!
I’m now running sessions for people who specifically want to learn more advanced training exercises like MUSCLE UPS, HANDSTAND PRESS UPS etc, so DM if your interested.
If you don’t have much time and want a quick and easy balanced workout give this Kettlebell sequence a go!
There is one cycle lasting around 1 minute. Complete the cycle as many times as you can within the time that you have.
Move under good control with full range of movement.
WORKOUT:
Single Arm Kettlebell Swing x 2
Kettlebell Goblet Squat
Single Arm Kettlebell Swing x 2
Kettlebell Side Lunge
Single Arm Kettlebell Swing
Kettlebell Sn**ch
Single Arm Bent Over Row x 2
Kettlebell Backward Lunge
Burpee down to travelling PRESS UP x 4
(Complete the same the other side)
