Our engineers recently attended site to investigate a reported leak.

After carrying out a thorough inspection, they quickly identified the source of the problem and completed a full replacement of the damaged pipework.

Once the new pipework was installed and tested, the excavation was carefully backfilled, and fresh cement was laid to leave the area safe, secure, and tidy.

Another efficient repair completed by the Enviro-Tec SW team, restoring the system and minimising disruption for our client.

A fresh smelling toilet but at what cost? Our engineer recently attended a property where a plastic rim block had fallen into the toilet and become lodged in the waste pipe, causing a blockage.

To remove it, we had to cut into the waste pipe to gain access, retrieve the rim block, repair the pipe, and fully restore the floor.

👉 Engineer Tip: While rim blocks can help keep your toilet smelling fresh, the plastic holders can easily become dislodged and end up causing expensive blockages and repairs. Where possible, consider using alternatives that don't hang inside the toilet bowl, or make sure your rim block is securely attached.
