Our new Kettlebell/Dumbbell class has now started! - Thursday mornings from 9:30-10:30am

- £5 per session or £15 for a block of 4

Our Wednesday sessions will be returning on 5th February! - Circuits 9:30-10:30am
- Body Conditioning 10:30-11:30am
- Aqua Aerobics 11:45-12:30pm
