We began as a small family business with one clear goal, to help organisations make safer recruitment decisions.

Since then, we’ve grown into one of the UK’s leading employment screening providers. In 2022, we joined The Citation Group, investing nearly £1m into our technology. In 2023, we integrated with Disclosure Services to build an even stronger uCheck.

Today, we support over 80,000 organisations across the UK, providing DBS, Right to Work, Adverse Credit and Identity checks, including Enhanced, Standard, Basic, Volunteer and Individual DBS checks.
