Footbridge in town closed for maintenance
A quick heads-up if you use the footbridge between John Lewis Car Park and Sidwell Street: it will be closed temporarily from Monday 20 April while essential engineering works take place.
The car park will stay open, and a safe signed diversion will be in place for pedestrians. The work is expected to last around four weeks, with some lane restrictions on King William Street too. Thanks for bearing with us while this important repair work is carried out.

Our own St Thomas Library - Exeter (some might argue it's actaully in Exwick now) is a fun space just off Okehampton Street. Go and visit it and enjoy the atmosphere
