At Sands there are people who understand what it's like because many of us have been through this experience ourselves, and we are here to help offer support and information when you need it. Meetings are currently being held on the second Wednesday of the month 7 til 9 pm. Please contact the group if you are thinking of attending, as due to the small nature of our group occasional changes have to be made to the location or timings of the meetings.
