I offer pilates group classes, one to one private sessions and corporate classes in Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon and South Devon. I am also a Level 4 low back pain exercise specialist and can offer an eight week private low back pain course.

Something I think would be useful for all ages!
I'm finding that people don't mention pelvic floor concerns unlesss I ask directly, so love the light hearted approach on this video..
Teach pelvic floor lessons in school, say guidelines They should form part of the curriculum for girls aged 12 to 17, suggests health watchdog.
