Looking for a way to finish off your workout.. here it is!
10 kettle bell deadlifts followed by 10 kettle bell swings.
Remember to set your shoulders before you start. Roll them back and down. Keep your core pulled in tight to support your back and squeeze your glutes at the top of the swing and lift!!
I personally can not wait to get to the gym tonight. After a weeks charter I am looking forward to working my muscles and moving my body!! Happy workout everyone 🏋🏼♀️
